Deposit and Rental Fees

Security deposit of $500 holds the date.

The security deposit will secure your date and will be refunded within 30 days after the event date as long as there are no damage expenses.

Rental Fees:   We offer renting for the weekend, Friday after 6pm for set up, Saturday 9am-1am (all day), and Sunday until noon.  Which means you essentially have the place from Friday to Sunday.  Flat fee of $2,000.

We offer camping overnight on Saturday for an extra fee, this is something you may want to offer your guests.

The Rental Fee is due in full 30 days prior to the event date.
